To facilitate technicians in carrying out maintenance, a hidden ‘bird house’ was built nearly. If AC is being repaired or requires periodic maintenance, technicians will be able to directly work on it, without disrupting the activities of the residents in the house. To get maximum cool airflow for the entire room, the air duct pipe is placed on the geometric line elements on the ceiling.
Habits and behaviors of the house residents also influenced the way AC was installed. In a house that requires cool air throughout the day when air conditioning must be turned on 24 hours, it must be ensured to keep the temperature stable, not suddenly become too cold or too hot. House residents also should not need to worry about their health being compromised if the air conditioner is turned on 24 hours as long the room temperature does not experience saturated cold and there is enough air exchange to avoid sick building syndrome. By using a ventilation water modulator, hot air from outside will be cooled and filtered first, before being flowed throughout the room. Therefore, the residents will get sufficient oxygen throughout the day, including when they rest.
